Place under tongue wait 60 seconds and then swallow.
Use twice daily in the morning and at night.
Start with 1/4 dropper twice daily then increase to 1/2 Twice daily. If it promotes sleep take all at night. Start slowly and increase amount until desired results. Step up to our 1500 mg. If any adverse reactions occur discontinue use.
